Good quality product, does a lot of good for a lot of different people, and for a lot of different reasons and issues. Love it. It is a large pill, however if you drink water and lubricate your throat it goes down without a fight.

I suffered growing up with CANKERS SORES and COLD SORES until I learned in my early 30s what was causing them. It is CITRUS ACID (for you that don’t know). Most fruit has citrus acid like oranges, lemons, grapefruit, all fruit juices, etc. I can eat or drink them once in a while by taking a Nature Made 1000 PILL every single day. If I feel one sore coming on even though I can’t see it, then I stop all fruit and start taking 2 pills for 1 to 2 days and then continue with 1 pill daily. YES, THEY ARE HUGE PILLS BUT I CHOPPED THEM UP INTO A ‘POWDER’ AND THEY HAVE WORKED GREAT FOR ME. I ADVISE YOU TO FINE YOUR OWN ROUTINE. Hope this helps. Good value for money; hardly any smell.

This is incredible! I wish more people knew about it but taking this everyday during a large period when I was working out allowed me to have extremely fast recoveries along with not having soreness or muscle pain. Quite literally amazing. Pill is a little hard to swallow but doesn't have a smell or taste.

This does help cold sores feel faster. The pills are pretty large, which could be a problem if you have trouble swallowing pills.

Pills are very large!! I cut mine in half because I am terrible at taking pills. I take it with food and only half dose since I have a sensitive stomach. I had a cold sore a week ago and it seems to have helped speed up the healing process along with some lysine lip balm.

L-Lysine is a great way to boost your immune system, keeping your internal system as healthy as possible. I like to use it in a combination of Zinc, Vitamin E, Vitamin B2, Iron, and Vitamin C. I used this in my younger years due to being anemic and I wanted to make sure I was supplementing as much as possible because I wasn't eating the proper foods that were rich in these vitamins/minerals naturally. I have since changed my diet, but I still stick to the same routine with some new additions such as sea moss. The vitamins are big, also known as "horse pills," I avoid the taste by taking a sip of water, then popping them into my mouth, they're cost effective from a quality brand, and I know for fact they work because my glowing skin exhibits the overall results.

I take them for cole sores and they work great but they are huge and hard to swallow. I have found it in capsules so I will buy them now, but these always worked well for me. Health benefits are good then affect my energy level didn't smell like anything didn't seem to help my skin help but didn't upset my stomach either.

Thugh the tablet is big in size but it easily goes..... Super technology... It's totally different quality... When I consume I feel really good and great 👍👍👍👍

Works great and the capsule size isn't humongous as some here say. It's large but manageable
