I got this waist trainer not to slim my waist, but to use as a back support. Sitting all day at work eventually gave me back and rib pain from unknowingly slouching on my right side a lot. And with this on, the plastic ribs keep my posture upright, and it helps a lot. It’s true to size and fits me perfectly — I chose the ‘short torso’ version since I may have a thick waist but a short torso (haha). It’s very easy to put on, and it stays in place the whole day without rolling up.

OVERALL: This is my second waist trainer from them! This is an amazing brand! My first one is the 7in short torso one. I got this one (9in) because it wraps me completely. I’m 5’2 and I’d say I have a relatively normal torso maybe a bit small cause of my height but this 9in one is perfect! It covers the bottom part of my tummy and up to my underboobs. There is no back fat that is squeezing thru. MATERIAL: the material is perfect. This isn’t like those waist trainers that when you bend down or sit down it rolls up/down. This brand does a good job by preventing it by making it the material it’s made out of (100% latex I believe it said) because of its material there is not excessive stretching at all. Which brings me to the rating of the stretch. As a waist trainer it’s supposed to not have much stretch. If it was able to stretch as much as ppl would like then that would defeat the whole purpose of the product. SIZING: I would say their sizing is somewhat accurate. I’ve honestly eyeballed it by how it looks like and t shirt size I am. Also I feel like I have to say this, the sizing you got is not small/big! Some ppl say it’s uncomfortable for being the size it’s supposed to be, this is meant to burn fat/reduce size. This is also meant to be a stiff item as it also does help with back pain/posture. I feel like some ppl don’t know that if you’re a medium in clothes you can’t go straight to an xs. As someone who’s waist trains you work your way up to the size you want.

Just received my XS customized 7” waist trainer! I love it & It fits me perfectly! The support is perfect, the size is just what I needed for my tiny torso! I have the 9’ trainers too, which I wear also, but I was in desperate need of a short torso trainer and Atbuty totally came through with a wonderful product, so well made & so comfortable! Such a well made product & by people who actually care about you! Boy this thing really works! I purchased an XS in both the blk & beige! I’m 5’4, 100lbs & my waist size 24. They are snug when first put on, but with the assistance of my hubby I was able to get it on (lol) the first time I had to lay down and he had to cinch me in it! Now I’m able to get it on myself! It did stretch a tad after my first use or I shrunk that fast hahaha!! I have a spinal condition so I purchased them for that reason, and they work better than my medical grade back braces, and I can hide them under my clothes which is awesome! With my medical braces they are ENORMOUS and go over my clothing and ppl always stare and I feel like a freak show! These are amazing! No smell, but AMAZING SUPPORT! Purchase one size down!

Okay sooo! In 5 days I’ll be 2 months postpartum. (Post c-section) I am 4’11 with a SHORT TORSO and I weigh like 146-150lbs. I purchased the breathable 9 inch, 9 rods in a size medium. What I CAN say is, if you have a SHORT torso, this waist trainer will be perfect for u. I loveeee how it doesn't stab me in the upper back and thigh crease when Im sitting down. The quality is a strong 10/10. I did get the BREATHABLE option and I can say it definitely is breathable. It feels really good on my waist. I am still able to move around and lay in bed. It IS a littttle tight but it’s probably because it’s brand new and I literally JUST took it out of the packaging. **I took away one star because it doesn’t stretch much and IT DIDNT COME WITH THE EXTRA HOOKS THAT WERE ADVERTISED IN THE PHOTOS. If it had came with those extra hooks omggg this would have been so so so so perfect man. so sad about that..** :( But overall, I love this waist trainer. I immediately saw how it could improve my posture when I sat down while wearing it. I am satisfied with my purchase .

This little clincher is clutch. Not long enough to allow staves to bend or pinch. Holds in any sign of a live handle and doesn’t purchase the girls up to the heavens, signifying that a waist trainer is at play. My secret weapon and it came with an extender. I love it!

I'm glad it comes with an extender because it wouldn't be possible to put on without it even though I chose my correct size based off the size chart, but maybe that's the point! I appreciate it because it will last longer. I was wondering if I should size down because it comes with an extender, but nope! They seem to already take that into consideration, either that or the tightness you're supposed to go is too much for me as a beginner right away. I put it on the second extender hook for my first day and the tightest/third extender hook the second, could remove the extender after a few days. I have a 30" waist and bought a M. My posture feels very supported, quite comforting actually, it also encourages you to move around to get the most benefits.

10/10 recommend. I've been getting these for the past 2 yrs. Great for those who have large ribcages where the regular lengths would hurt.

Highly recommend if you have a small waist that will actually cinch your waist in. Doesn’t dig into skin or pinch either. Super soft too!
