Tommy Hilfiger Women's Snap-Front Hooded Rain Trench Coat

The material gets wrinkled easily and I don't like the belt as no matter how I tied the knot looked ugly.

This coat is nice, very functional. It does wrinkle up a bit, but probably just a others would do. The sleaves are a little long. The detachable hood is great, and I love that there are synching strings around the face. Overall I'm very happy with this item.

I own this coat in pink and like it so much I wanted to find it in a second color. It was delivered crammed into an envelope, but I could overlook the need for a serious steaming. Thing is, the snap on the pocket was defective (both parts were snapped together on the fabric snap piece so the grommet wasn't in the coat to hold the snap closed) and to top it off there was a yellow sticky note taped to the flap with the word "defective" on it. Too bad no one thought to tell me - it was sold as new. I emailed and never got a reply. It went back.

I purchased this trench coat recently after an exhaustive search, both in store and on the internet. It appears that this spring (2014) there was a real run on tan raincoats in size XS, because this coat was I swear the only coat out there. I checked countless local stores, and had them check their supplies at other stores for me, and I spent hours on the internet. Fortunately, this is a very nice coat, made with decent fabric and with high quality sewing. As in the picture, this is a knee-length or slightly above coat (it is not really short, but it is not below the knee either), so it does not look frumpy. It has an adequate lining, but the lining is not heavy. My only wish about this coat is that it snaps, and I would have preferred buttons. Oh well, the snaps work just fine. One other great thing about this coat is the size. The XS is an XS (I have tried on so many XS coats that are huge). I usually wear a size 4 or in Ann Taylor a size 2 or O, so this XS I believe is really made for someone who is XS. So order your real size and you should be just fine.

Fit nicely in my suitcase. Was perfect for the San Francisco mist and one day of rain. Like the idea of the detachable hood. The arm length was about one inch too long.

Great coat, love the style but ordered up based on reviews. I am a medium and ordered a large and it's way too big. Order your real size!

Loved the style of jacket but I ordered a size too large based upon the user reviews saying it ran small. Returning to re-order the proper size.
