Champion Sports Gel Filled Medicine Ball

The ball is very large for a 15 lbs ball and the surface texture makes it hard to hold without gloves. Read its very slippery. I'm hoping the strong plastic smell will wear off -not a bad ball for the money, but wish I had read the circumference - its a little big for my average size female adult hands. And the gel will take a little getting used to.

Super durable. Love that this is gel filled so it's not as hard as normal medicine balls. It's a lot easier for me, personally, to use than normal medicine balls, due to being gel filled and the rubber texture of the outside of it. I have loved using this for my cross fit exercises!

Having gone to a few gyms in my day I expected this to be a solid ball with gel in the inner chamber. So that you are aware what this is is the equivilent of a four-square ball with gel inside. It has very thick wills to the ball but it is still elastic in nature find myself nervous that it will rupture someday and the gel carnage will be disasterous. The lighter weight balls 8 lbs and less this does not matter because they are stable enough on own but especially on the largest ball I tend to be a little cautious with it but it still gives the benefit needed from a medecine ball I am just not willing to test it for durrability, have had for months now with no problem though. No leaks and as mentioned the walls of the ball are quite thick so I am probably worried over nothing. Gave it a 4 because not being a solid ball makes storage a little difficult

This is the best ball I have found for physical therapy exercises for my shoulder. My cats popped the first ball of a different brand that I purchased so I had to look for another one. I'm sure this one could be popped, but the material is more like a dodgeball from PE in grade school. I have higher hopes for its longevity.

I bought this as I use one in physical therapy from shoulder surgery last August from a mountain bike accident. It is high quality and as good at the ones provided in the PT office. I use it daily throwing it against a wall and catching it.... I am getting better range of motion and getting more use of my arm. It is perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this product and the price is great.

This ball was not made for bounce it’s made to go straight between your legs!!! You will get awesome abs! It is my new love!!

Broke my wrist, out of the cast now, and use this with a medicine rebounder for my rehab. Good quality.

I like the grip, to prevent slipping, and the bounce back of the gel. We have them at the gym too, the sand medicine balls nobody wants, people get to class early for the gel ones.

Para el precio no recibes un súper producto, pero si tiene mejor calidad que su competencia, el grip funciona muy bien y eso evita que no se resbale y si tiene gel. No como otras que usan agua o arena.Vs. la competencia es de las mejores opciones.

Tras un par de meses de uso, es de buena constitución. Tiene buen agarre. Se me ha caído de una altura de 1 metro y tuve la sensación de que reventaría, pero no fue así.Solo falta validar su durabilidad con más tiempo de uso.

Although the gel filling makes me nervous it will explode I found this to work great. Would recommend for light weight at home work outs.

I bought this medicine ball during isolation and it doesn’t disappoint for the price. Although it’s a bit smaller than I hoped, it gets the job done!
