The fish arrived on time and in good condition. They were well packed and had enough oxygen in the bag. They were healthy and lively and acclimated well to the tank. They are a good size and quantity for the price. The fish are born and raised on a family farm in the USA, which is a plus for me. They are also a healthy food source for my turtle, who enjoys chasing and eating them. The fish are mostly orange in color, but some have black or white markings. They are not as colorful as the picture, but that is not a problem for me. The product description clearly states that the color may vary. Customer support is responsive and helpful. I did not have any issues with the fish, but I assume they would work with you to replace any fish that may have died during shipping. Overall, I am very satisfied with these feeder goldfish, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product. Great fish! I got 16 in my order of 10. They were in the mail for longer than expected due to a UPS delay but still all alive and well. I was surprised because it was 12 degrees outside. We had our tank ready to go to help the fish survive and thrive. Added the aquarium salt, a few extra bubblers for oxygen, and kept it dark and quiet for 12 hours after arrival. They're very healthy and lively! They're enjoying their 55 gallon tanks. I'm very happy with my purchase and would use this seller in the future for sure. We purchased as pets not feeders but work great for any function.

We ordered a hundred. We didn't count them but it appeared to be only about 70 (5 really small handfuls) there was about 10 dead on arrival and another 3 while waiting the 15 minutes of acclimation. 24 floaters in the 3 hours I was told to wait for them to fully acclimate. Those spots on top of the water is the dead fish not leaves.

I ordered 3 orders of fish. Each time every fish arrived alive, healthy and active and not a single fish from any of the orders died. Each order contained an over count of fish. They all appear to not be alive active and growing. Very happy with them.

All the goldfish arrived alive and healthy. It has been a couple of weeks and they have acclimated well to water garden living. Have not lost a single fish. I would definitely order from this company again.
