Great tasting tea. Love it and good quality for the price as well. I haven't been diligent in taking regularly so can't comment as to feeling on effectiveness but it's super enjoyable and that makes it a joy to drink. I think that counts for something at the bare minimum 💯

Love this Tulsi tea. If you do your research,you will find websites make a lot of claims about what Tulsi tea can do. I can attest to what it has done for me: relieved, no stopped burning joint pain brought on suddenly by an allergic reaction (along with regular use of turmeric and black pepper); and, soothe my very irritated lungs brought on by the same allergic reaction. Drinking a cup of hot Tulsi tea has enabled me to not take allergy meds or wear a mask when in the woods as it seems to have eased my allergies to pollen. Also, a single cup of hot Tulsi tea calms me so that I don't get worked up in bad traffic, tense situations, etc. I like that Tulsi tea simply mellows me out whearas Ashwaganda tea calms me to the point of drowsiness or sleepiness. Keep in mind herbal remedies work differently in different bodies but for me this herbal tea is a winner. I love it. And I trust and like the Buddha brand teas. The taste is good.

As part of an evaluation of a variety of Holy Basil products, this was effective, tasty sweetened or unsweetened. Easy on the GI. Steep, and allow to cool somewhat shy of tepid. No speedy tweek.

Wow! This holy basil tea is amazing! It’s both good for the morning as well as night time. It puts my mind in a good place. A lot less anxious and less depressed! It has a great flavor too…which is a bonus! Already recommended to friends and family!
