Not reliable
I bght this in December 2021 just after qualifying in aesthetics, hoping to use this for a long time . I didn’t start my business until June 2022. I have used it 3 times and it stopped working . Unfortunately i did not use it straight away until June 2022 , therefore guarantee has run out you have 30 days to return if faulty. I don’t know how to get this repaired and I need it for my clients asap .

1st Was faulty
It was easy to assemble and use, one of the side panels was not connected it was loose. The result was this panel did not work. I had to return it.

Dodgy wire
I turned this on one day and it sparked on me and the wire broke ! Good job it went on one of my clients faces !!! Not happy !!!

Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu le colis, très rapidement, apparemment il fonctionne bien, mais pourquoi 4 couleurs au lieu des 7 annoncées? C'est pour cela que je mets 4 étoiles au lieu de 5. Merci Rectification, il y a bien 7 couleurs, pour cela il faut cliquer une fois sur le jaune, puis une deuxième fois, et là, on a toutes les couleurs qui défilent. Donc, je mets 5 étoiles...

Leider nach dem 2 Tag kaputt echt schade Der Verkäufer sollte sich schnellstmöglich melden. Und der eine Stern nur damit ich das abschicken kann

Achat reçu rapidement , mais GROSSE déception ! La machine à fonctionné deux fois puis , problème de court-circuit . J’ai alors contacté le vendeur qui m’a demandé une vidéo du disfonctionnement (ce qui a été fait le jour même) et depuis plus aucune nouvelle du vendeur. Je suis laissé sans nouvelles... Plus d’une centaine d’euros perdu pour un appareil neuf qui ne fonctionne pas.

Super machine les effets se voit dès la première séance ! La peau est plus belle Les lunettes sont fournis vous pouvez ajustez le temps mélanger les couleurs très simplement.

Bonjour . J’ai reçu mon appareil il y a même pas deux semaines . Il y a un faux contact avec le fil . C’est très embêtant chez mes clientes . Comment pouvons nous faire. ? Le fil ne tient pas il glisse
