Work Well
I think these are good tubes, but overrated. The "no more flats" is certainly not true. But at the same time, they have worked well for me in about five thousand miles of riding. Here is my experience: They do get punctures the same way as regular tubes, but if you are moving along the puncture will partially seal. I also use very tough tires (Continental Gatorskin). You can see the green stuff ooze out at the site of the puncture before "sealing". On a recent occasion, my tire went completely flat at a very inconvenient location. I pumped it up instead of trying to replace the tube which I carry (not the slime type). I pumped and spun the tire as fast as possible; repeating several times. This got it up to maybe 60 psi which was good enough to ride back to my car some 30 miles away. When I got there, the tire was still rigid enough to continue riding on. But at home after a few days, the tire was down fairly low, although not completely flat. I replaced it at home, which is a lot easier than doing it on the road, especially since I find it difficult to take the tire off the rim due to arthritis in one of my hands. Another problem I encountered is that the green goo clogs the valve making it hard to inflate the tire when it is low. I take care of pressure before leaving home. I found that if you let out some air the green goo is flushed out of the valve. Then you can re-inflate the tire more easily. I would not recommend risking inflating the tire after you have arrived at your starting destination. Let me say a little more about the flat tire problems on road bikes. I found that the aforementioned Gatorskin tires take care of most of the puncture problems. They resist all the big stuff like small nails and glass shards. What gets through them is fine wiry debris that is left from shards of shredded steel belted tires that are on the road side. In almost all my flats, that's what I found. These wires get through the kevlar and cannot be seen or removed from the outside. Hence requiring a removal of the tube before the tire can be cleared and restored. No tube will seal itself permanently in this situation. So, if you use the puncture resistant tires, these tubes will essentially get you home, but you still have to replace them. For me, that is worth it, so I am giving it 5 stars. I know riders who change tubes out in 5 minutes - for them it is not worth it because these tubes are heavy and expensive. Addendum: After I wrote the review, I had another flat with these tubes. The tire went completely flat after about 50 miles of riding. It was pumped up at the start to 80 psi. I was not far from the end, so I pumped it up and it held for the next 1/2 hr of riding. It still had good pressure, but the next day it was flat. Upon examining the tube at home, there was a small hole in it. It did not seal, or whatever the mechanics was, it is not able to seal to give you more rides as long as the cause is not fixed. Then you can patch it up as you would any other tube, but I just throw the punctured ones out because they can never be relied on. I am still using these, because they are better than normal tubes for my circumstances and needs.

Came in less than an Hour
I ordered this under the express 3 hour deal & it came in within an hour.Does the job & think already punctured it so I aired back up to 45 psi & was good to go

Incredible. Self repaired a large hole and didn't need to replace
There was a huge rip in my tire which caused the tube to end up bursting the hole was probably larger than you would normally get from a puncture and it sealed itself after just a few seconds it was absolutely amazing the tire did not end up deflating all the way despite the large burst in fact I never ended up needing to change the tube I just aired it back up to full pressure and keep using it like that after replacing the outer tire.

Good product but expensive
So far so good, holding air for a month now on my mountain bike that has a constant issue of tubes failing. Price is higher than warranted I feel.

Slime tubes are for me!
I run Marathon Plus tired to be thorn proof riding in rural Idaho, as goat heads are all over the place. They get in your tires, sidewalls, on your shows, car tires, anything. Despite having belted tires, thorn protectors, and Slime tubes installed for over 2 years now, finally had a flat running a heavy package to the UPS store. However, the slime plugged up enough for me to ride another 4 miles before the tire started getting mushy - but I have three wheels on the recumbent trike. All I can figure was had run over either glass or a heavy metal staple, as whatever it was it left a serious slash in the tire as well, and penetrated a Kevlar belting, a thorn protector, and the Slime inner tube! Slime has done me well over the years. Like all sealant, there is a life expectancy, and I done had nearly 4,000 miles on that tube - running near or maximum load + payload capacity. No matter how much thorn protection ya got, there's always something much worse that is gonna get ya. Slime helps prevent a lot of thorned-attack flats, maybe some glass, but deep puncture wounds are going to stop nearly any sealant from working. Slime goes to the weakest point, and if a tube is compromised it will go to the tire leak. if it's small it will get plugged. Often a wet spot or bit of green is a telltale sign. Then you have to pull the tire check the inside for anything poking through, and patch tire or tube if necessary. Slime has those nifty Scabs (need to get some more) to fix a tube. In my last case a tubeless repair kit would of done me better, but the Slime held out for 4 miles in 100°+ F weather, and I nearly got to my destination before I needed to air up again. I use a battery powered air compressor, as it is quicker and easier to inflate. Got enough air in the tire to take back a near 20# chain to send back to Amazon, then went to a local Chinese restaurant to swap to another Slime tube (since I had no scabs on me). Ordered another Slime inner tube and Amazon thought I needed to write a review. In short, Slime has not let me down in over 4,000 miles, across a lot of terrain, and may times of pleasure, getting soaked, and whatnot. One time it did its best to keep me going before more air was needed. Some things happen, and sealant of some sorts of better than none, and Slime has been around since the 90's. Even ran Slime tube in a Rockhopper. and a Brike. Even had a flat on the car, used a can of Slime Sealant in there. Aired up, been driving on the same tire since. Stuff works, but it's not a magical cure.

Would definitely purchase again if needed
Very good value for the money. Fits great. Have not noticed any leakage and seems to be great air retention. High quality. Thankfully haven't had to encounter the slime yet.
