I was using as a purse and the zipper broke within the first week. I returned the defective bag and received a refund. End of story, or so I thought. I had given the bag a one star review because of the zipper problem. I then received an email from the company stating they had sent me a new bag with a zipper that functioned properly. I received the bag yesterday and sure enough the zipper seems to be of improved quality. Talk about standing behind your product. These people are great to do business with which is all most of us ask in this world....to be treated fairly. These guys were MORE than fair and the bag is pretty terrific too. Don't hesitate to buy the bag. It really looks fantastic and comes from a great company.

My wife really likes this Osoce laptop handbag. It holds her laptop very well and all of her daily needs. It's very well made, using top quality materials. The stitching is perfect. The lining is beautiful. The finish is awesome. It feels and looks like a very popular high fashion brand (GG mean anything to you?). Great purchase. Five stars.

I purchased this bag to use for work because I have to carry my laptop around alot. I was worried that it wouldn't have enough storage space, but I'm surprisingly able to fit quite a bit of stuff in it, including my 16" laptop. The quality is very good and the materials are sturdy. What I dislike about this bag is that the bottom is so narrow that it will not sit upright. Every time I set it down, it falls over. Another thing that I dislike is that the straps are a little too short, making it difficult to lift onto my shoulder. But overall, the bag was a good purchase for the price.

I did not expect much from a bag that was so cheap. HOWEVER, this bag is amazing! It looks really nice and so far it's held up great! I also love the compartments. Another plus is that the straps are long enough to me comfortably worn. Not too short, not to long. Love this bag!

Great sturdy bag with plenty of storage space for cords, paperwork, pens, business cards,etc. The leather looks and feels nice and durable. I’ve been using it about 2 months now and I feel more put together and professional when carrying this bag to an client appointment or company meeting.

When I received this bag i fell in love with it, however a few days after my zipper came apart and was defective so now i never zip up the bag which sucks because i constantly have to make sure nothing falls off. I use this primarily for work and other than the zipper part the bag is so cute, durable, great quality and super comfy.

This bag is perfect as a work bag. It fits so much and keeps everything so organized. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. Looks very professional and the quality is amazing for the price. I'm so happy with this purchase :)

This bag was Too small for me, but I am giving the product 5 stars because it is really cute bag and could be good for someone else. And because I was unhappy , this seller contacted me and was fabulous to work with. They even sent me a new bag because I didn’t like this one so I would recommend buying from them for sure.
