These shoes fit perfect and are the most comfortable shoes of this type. I've had many and none are as comfortable as these.

This is my second pair of the same water shoe. The quality is great and very comfortable, durable in and out of water and makes a great trail shoe also. Note order half size larger. Not quite true to fit on size 9 so order size 9 1/2.

It's a decent minimalist shoe, being lightweight with a fairly thin sole, wide toe box, and lots of mesh. I specifically got these for hiking in rocky streams. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as "water shoes," I don't recommend them for dangerous slippery conditions. The outsoles don't have much grip on very slick surfaces. On wet smooth river rocks/boulders and moist, tightly packed soil with high clay content, the outsoles slipped around. I had to turn around and cancel the stream hike. I did wear them for a standard hike for a few miles and they worked alright for that.

UPDATE 2/22/2021: I still love these shoes and wanted to post an update - a first for me. They are still going strong and are pretty much my daily shoe now. Between my job as a wilderness guide and my frequent hikes on my off time, I have easily put hundreds of miles on these shoes. Aside from an abrasion on the upper mesh of the left shoe, caused by some rough terrain, they still look fantastic. The soles have some wear, but it's barely noticeable and I am incredibly impressed. Frankly, the only complaint I have is that I can't seem to find them in the same size and color that I originally ordered them in, which to me just isn't that big of a deal and obviously doesn't reflect on the quality of the product. I still stand by my original review. These are excellent and I WILL be buying more of them. ••• ORIGINAL REVIEW (posted about 4 months after purchase): I love these shoes. I work as a wilderness guide so I'm in boots most of the day. In camp I used to wear Chacos, but I hated lugging them around so I wanted something light AND comfortable to replace them. Hiitave absolutely NAILED IT with these shoes! They fit well, protect the bottoms of my feet, and are very comfortable. Plus, they let my feet breathe so they aren't too stinky (BIG plus, trust me). On top of that, they dry pretty darn quickly, which is always nice. I rarely post reviews, let alone for footwear, and yet I felt compelled to express my feelings about these. I want to shout it from a mountaintop (and easily could in my line of work). Get these shoes!

If you're like me when it comes to foot wear, most shoes are uncomfortable. I've spent the past few years wearing the same flip flops (well made, 5 yrs of hard use) 90% of the year, and they are on their last leg. I knew there was only one place to go to find what I really want. The hiitave barefoot shoe serves all my "I don't want to wear shoes" I have. Lightweight, comfortable, breathability, aquatic, and, best of all, I don't feel like I'm wear shoes. My feet are able to spread naturally on foot placement, which leads to less foot pain if you have them. Most people don't know, or want to know, that people all over the world practice a form of foot binding (look it up) by wearing shoes that aren't made to fit the natural form of your feet. Give your feet a break from the constraints of your daily shoe. You'll thank yourself. UPDATE...7/27/2020 I have had these shoes for almost 6 months and have one complaint (I wear them daily and put them through hell. From fishing, hiking, yard work and more). The adhesive used to hold the sole on is not good. Easy to fix with some gorilla glue so it isn't that big of an issue. Hiitave should invest in higher quality adhesives. A slight increase in cost wouldn't keep me from purchasing again if the quality is better.

I bought these shoes and used them for two weeks at the beach. I walked on the beach in them, on the sand, almost every day. First of all, they’re affordable— the price is nice. The sole is made of a hard but flexible rubber, which seems pretty durable. The insole is removable and not durable; after only two weeks of wear the insoles are starting to come apart. But, you can replace them with a better insole if you want. The upper of the shoe is soft and well ventilated. After two weeks, it’s still attached to the sole with no signs of coming apart. The shoelace is easy to pull tighter and secure, though it’s a bit long: you have to wrap it around and around to keep the excess end from flapping while you walk. The sole of the shoe has six ventilation holes. These holes permit beach sand to get into the shoe from the bottom, in between cloth bottom of the shoe and the rubber outsole. It’s annoying, because when you take off the shoes, it takes a lot of shaking and dumping to get all the sand out. I would recommend wearing socks even if you’re walking on the beach. Sand got into the shoes and ground against my toes, causing two of them to bleed. Overall, this shoe is really not bad, given the low price.

I bought these for a water excursion on vacation. I wanted something with traction for wet surfaces that was also good for wide feet, and these did the trick. I wear a women's size 12W, the men's 11M fit well with a little bit of room. I tightened the laces to keep them secure on my feet and they stayed on all day. I also noticed that the soles didn't collect a bunch of pebbles either.

amazing material really well designed you need to get half a size bigger or else the toes rush against the front which can be annoying.

Finally a true 14 wide water shoe. I have ordered several other size 14 water shoes from Amazon all of them have been to narrow. These are very true to size and excellent quality.
