I was experiencing severe anxiety, after my first bottle, I have seen the difference in my anxiety level. I am no longer anxious when I drive or when I have a stressful day at work. I highly recommend that you at least try it for one month.

Good: Effective for me. Easy to swallow. OK price. Bad: Price is only OK. Includes a couple extra ingredients that may or may not be of value. Bottom line: Relora, AKA magnolia bark extract, is the one supplement that effectively helps me control unfortunately-all-too-often excessive stress. I've used it in generic form for years, but for some reason the plain old (and much cheaper) generic powdered magnolia bark is getting hard to find. This is reasonably-priced, and effective for me. Your results may vary, but if you're chronically stressed out it's worth trying. Five stars.
