Is there a door to access the shaved ice?

No there is no door . I returned this product because it didn't shave the ice fine enough.I was not impressed with the Machine

does this come with the cart like in the photo or is it just the Table top model?

The Top machine ( the Snow Bank) and the Cart (trolley) are sold separate. They are two different products each with their own model number and UPC. Model 71000 is for the Top machine. Model 30070 is for the cart (trolley) .
