Q: does this shower door knob sit relatively flush with the glass door to allow bypass of both doors?

No. I had to buy another one that sits flush for the inside door after I installed these on the outer door. There wasn't enough room between the doors to have these on both.

Q: what is the measurement needed for them to bypass inner shower doors? i.e. how thick is each knob?

Depend of the expessor of the door.

Q: What is the depth size of each knob? Would like to make sure it fits in between glass doors.

I did not keep mine because the hole on the shower door was not large enough for the part of the knob that has to fit in the hole.

Q: What is the heighth of half of one knob. Like from the glass out.

It’s about half an inch from the glass out. I have sliding doors and it fits perfect. It won’t hit the other door. Still has space in between. I hope that helps.
