I find that these guard pads work very well with the Depends underwear in keeping my husband dry and eliminating leakage. I also like the length of the pad. There is a lot of coverage. I don't fully understand how it wicks the wetness away from his skin, but it does. I'm very pleased with the product.

They are helpful especially at night. Just wish they also had larger ones as a liner that covered inside of diaper That would be really great. Still have to use several situated in three different places to avoid leakage on sides. But still like this product
