Ordered one of these and it arrived with a massive dent around the tap area, with broken plastic. Ordered a replacement and the second one came with a dent on the side. Both were in boxes that looked fine, so I can only imagine they have come from the factory in this manor, very disappointing. Both have now been returned for a refund and I have had to order a different model.

Worked well for nearly 18 months, then the plug plastic melted and left the metal prong behind in the socket! Operated for less than 10 hours for 3 days a week, made about 90 hot drinks a day. Am i expecting too much?

Had this for 2 months and it kept giving an error saying it had boil dried - it has never been empty always over half full. It wouldn’t work anymore without the beeping and stopped boiling. So I contacted seller directly from their website explained the issue and they sent me a new one the next day which was brilliant thank you. I’m left with the old one to dispose of seems such a shame to throw it away as it’s perfect other than that issue.

Though I would pay for a better version of what we had previously, which I had for nearly 3yrs and this lasted only 5 months! it does not move anywhere, just sits on the side in the kitchen and already no longer working. Clearly not built to last.

What a great product. In our office we had been using kettles and having to replace them on a regular basis. The Urn has replaced all of them and we have a constant boiling water supply.

It is a good device, but after 2 years the plastic became brittle, the handles just crumbled in my hands. Huge health and safety risk!
