No, please don't worry about crackers getting crushed. We are specialised in packaging this kind of products and have boxes and cushions to protect from getting damaged. It's very rare that they get crushed.

Q: May I know the expiry date please?

The expiry date is marked on each pack of JCC, if they arrive expired, just return them, Though I have never experienced this, I buy 12 packs at a time, never had one even close to expiring.

Q: How healthy is this biscuit?

This is a cracker, not a biscuit, 2 crackers = 60 Calories, 20 from fat. I put butter and cheese on them, so it depends what you put on them, to make them healthy or not!
