I recently purchased a pair of shoe inserts and they have completely changed the way I walk! These inserts are fantastic and I would give them 5 stars without hesitation. I had tried two other pairs of shoes, but none of them seemed to work quite as well as these do in my sneakers. The first pair of shoes I tried were uncomfortable and didn't provide enough arch support, leaving me with sore feet and ankles after just a few hours of wearing them. The second pair were a bit better, but still didn't provide the level of support that I needed to feel comfortable on my feet all day long. However, once I slipped these shoe inserts into my favorite pair of sneakers, I knew I had found the perfect match. The inserts provided just the right amount of cushioning and support, and my feet felt so much better at the end of the day. I was able to walk longer distances without any discomfort or pain, and my posture even improved as a result of the added support. Overall, I'm so happy with these shoe inserts and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and supportive option for their shoes. They truly make a world of difference, and I'm so grateful to have found them!

The size was slightly bigger and didn’t fit well in shoes of the same size. I happened to have a pair of Nikes that were one size bigger, and after removing the original insoles, these fit well. The arch support is high, higher than I expected. After wearing them for a few days, my foot pain was definitely reduced. I would buy these again.

Lots of padding and pretty good arch support, but not quite enough support for my high arches. Made of a sticky rubber material that made them difficult to insert in my shoes (and they made my feet sweat more than other inserts). Returned them and will stick with the more expensive Walk-Hero inserts, which my feet like better.

I've been using these for a couple of years now. Very comfortable I have them in all my shoes and boots. I must have 20 pairs. I've tried many other brands this seems to be the most comfortable.

Perfect fit! I have a small foot and was looking for an insole that would fit my boots! These fit perfectly and provide great support! I wore this for a music festival and my feet never hurt even though I was walking around all day!

I have no orthotic issues but I was starting a medical school rotation where I would be standing 12 hours a day, so I bought these. I saw that the reviews said the soles were super soft and squishy which is why I chose them and I found that to be true. This makes standing all day much easier. If you have actual orthotic issues though, I can see why the soles may be possibly too soft/foamy/lacking in structure to provide adequate support, but for someone who just wants a soft foot pad, this is it. I'm size 6 in women's shoes and I got it in small which JUST fit my foot without any trimming necessary. One downside is that I would actually prefer that the front also be a little bit thicker, not just the heel area, because the balls of my feet start to hurt after a long day too. Right now as it is, the area for the ball of the foot is pretty thin. For people buying this, just a heads up that this fits best in sneakers which you can adjust the tightness of, because just out of curiosity, I tried to fit these in my fashionable booties, and it did not fit at all because the thick foam takes up some space in the shoe to the point that my foot would no longer fit in my booties. I didn't buy them for that purpose but I just figured why not use this in every shoe that I own? Alas that doesn't work that way, just looser fitting shoes. Overall, good purchase for people whose feet hurt after standing all day.

I have flat feet and often have pain after standing for too long or walking. I used this for my trip to Europe and it felt like walking on clouds. I was getting more than 10,000 steps each day and I barely had any foot or leg pain after. I have gone to a podiatrist and got a prescription insole but these work just as good if not better.

Amo estas plantillas, he comprado dos veces ya, cuidado con la talla y con cortarlas exactas. En tenis de correr o botas de senderismo, yo retiro la plantilla del calzado y mejor coloco Estas otras. A un año y medio de usar las primeras que compré, aun no pierden forma y yo disfruto el confort.
