Alexander Del Rossa Men's Terry Cotton Hooded Bathrobe

I absolutely love this robe. I'm 350 pounds and wear a size 4X shirt and size 54 pants. I was afraid the 3x/4x size in this robe would just fit around me without much extra room but this thing is HUGE. It wraps around and completely covers me, even when sitting down. The belt is very long also. There's plenty of room in the arms... nothing is tight! It seems very well made; the hood is awesome; The material is very comfortable; pockets are very large and at the right position for your hands. This robe is VERY heavy, which I like. If you're looking for a lightweight robe, this is not it. It's also nice and long. I'm 5'10" and it covers down to my ankles.I was going to buy this before Christmas but the high shipping cost made me change my mind. I checked back after Christmas and there was no longer a shipping charge so I opened my wallet. The item arrive quickly and with no damage.

I have had this robe for over a year and three months now. It is soft and comfortable. It takes extra time to dry in the dryer because of the heaviness. Another minus to this robe is that the fabric is tearing just below the hook tab. I have repaired it twice already. Some robes have extra fabric in this area to prevent the weight causing damage to the fabric. Besides those issues I do love this robe. It dries me quickly from head to toe. It is super soft and on cold days the heaviness of the robe warms as it dries. It has kept white and has not lost its thickness. I would buy it again. Just know with the joy of using this item every day will come some extra work to keep it nice.

I purchased this robe for my husband for Christmas...its difficult when buying online because you cannot see or feel the quality. The reviews were all positive so I figured I would take a chance. I was so excited when it arrived, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for, a robe identical to the ones you find in 5 star hotels and spas, without the logo.Needless to say, my husband loved the robe and will be great while using the spa...or after a shower. I highly reccomend this product and would buy another in a heartbeat.

-HeavyWeight Feel.-Will find constant LINTS stick to your body thru every wear, especially thru Sleeves.-Fraying occurs after a couple of wears.Should be Priced at $0.99 at absolute most. Trashed this disappointed robe within 2 weeks, Waste of Money!!!

This is the second attempt with this robe. Both times the stitching frayed and left long threads hanging off the robe. It looked like hair. Would not reccomend this robe.

I have been looking around for a robe that fits me, is 100% terry, is a nice color (not white, I always stain them) and in my price range. I finally found it with this robe. It is so nice and plush! It is something I could definately cuddle up with and fall asleep. The length is a little long, but I bought a 3x-4x to be ABSOLUTELY sure that it would be long enough and be able to double over in the front. This robe definately did that. I washed it in hot water and dryed it on "cottons" before I wore it for the first time. While I got a lot of lint out of the dryer, it did not shrink at all (if it did, it was unnoticeable). I also love the fact that it has a hood- not many do, so it combos as a hair towel. I bought it in lavender, which is exactly like advertised.The only complaint I have about it is that it is very HEAVY. I guess I'm just not used to that much robe, but it is definately more than 1 pound. I think the shipping paper said 6 pounds! That must be why the shipping costs so much (total came to almost $99)- which was a drawback, especially since it just came in a plastic bag, and that wasn't expedited shipping, either (it came in about a week).Overall the cost of the robe is uncomparable in the market (even with S&H). It was well worth it!

This robe is awesome. It was a gift and since ordering it online, without actually seeing it in person, I was a little skeptical. WRONG! It's a very lush, comfy robe. And it has a hood. 5 star quality all the way! And the vendor was excellent. The robe was very well packaged and arrived on time. Great Amazon experience, as usual.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS ROBE.BIG,PLUSH,COMFORTABLE,HEAVY.I GOT THIS TO WEAR TO THE SHOWER THIS WINTER IN AFGHANISTAN.WOW WHAT A GREAT ROBE.THE SIZES SEEM TO RUN BIG THOUGH.I AM 6' 220 #s and this thing swallows me,have to roll up the sleeves to find my hands,oh well i will be warm
