Very pleased with the quality. It was easy to.put together ( by 13year old grandson). It is very sturdy and comfortable.

Arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Easy to assemble but as others have mentioned, ensure you only tighten the bolts up to 80% as you go along & tighten fully at the end. Worth pointing out again that the bottom of the seat is Velcro’d in place when you’re attaching the seat to the back. The seat is rather firm so good for reading in for a while or for the cat but not for extended periods of time. Overall a really nice chair & I’m very happy with it !

Ideal for a comfortable chair in the kitchen.

Is this chair the height of luxury? No. But at this price and style I wasn't expecting it to be. It's going to be an occasional chair in our bedroom, as I'm disabled, so there are times I spend extended periods there. I have been using a directors chair, but I wanted something a little more permanent. For that it is perfect. The frame feels solid. The seat is firm, and I wouldn't want this as an every day seat, but for my use, it's absolutely fine. Putting together. Reading some reviews, with some alignment issues, wasn't something we really had. However, do not over tighten to start with. The instructions clearly show 60% tightening on the main bolts (the two for the seat is the exception and must be fully tightened). That 60% gives you the freedom to get bolts in, even if to start with you don't think it is aligned. But once you get the bolts going, we found they all began to shift position and it pulled it all into the correct shape. Having that movement at 60% is what allowed this. As we tightened fully, double and even triple check all bolts that you think are tight. Again, tightening brings some movement, and we found a couple of bolts just needed a further small amount to tighten back down. It is an easy task for one person. Instructions are clear enough. It looks smart once complete. Overall, I'm happy to give this 5 stars.

The finished product, when assembled, results in a lovely, comfortable chair. However, I am not the person who should be building this. If you have experience of putting furniture together, you’ll probably be fine, but I found the instructions difficult to follow, and much hilarity ensued when I made pretty much every mistake that could be made with this chair. I put the seat on the wrong way round, then the wrong way up. Luckily, someone else was present who COULD do a good job of putting this together, and it’s a lovely, sturdy, comfortable chair. We use it at the preschool I work at, and it’s often full of as many 3 year olds as you can comfortably fit in an armchair (3 or 4!), as they ‘read’ each other stories and play their games, or an adult with a couple of children snuggled in for story time. Well worth the money.

Found it difficult at first then once I’d worked it out took about 15 mins. Small nice looking chair.

When this arrived and I looked at the build quality I had my doubts. Sadly my doubts are coming true. Already the two (yes 2) springs are bowing and the seat is sagging. Do yourself a favour, if you weigh over 20st, buy something else. Due to the low back, it is not the greatest chair to sit on for a long time, I expected that though so not disappointed by it. For small lightweight people, this would suit them for occasional use. Not recommended for heavy people
