Deserves NO stars due to a product that does not work and unacceptable customer service This crap does not work. It just leaves a discoloration on the treated area. The seller refuses a return. Here's the sellers response when I requested the return "Dear buyer friend Thanks for your purchase and message. I am sorry to hear that. Because the Delivery fee are higher than your item price ,it is not a wise choice. So in this situation, I think you might send it to your family/friend, maybe one of them will be like it. Have a nice day! " How do you sell a product that does not perform as described and then advise the disatisfied buyer to give it to a family/friend? This seller is not worthy to conduct business on Amazon

It worked covered most of the cracks.

I was so disappointed! This didn’t come close to what it claims to do. In their video, it shows the cracked leather repair right before your eyes. However, as you can see by my before and after photos, this product has no impact on the leather.

This product does not work like shown in video. It doesn’t even deserve a star. I used it on the leather seat in my car. I just had cracks in the coloring of the seat, applied 3 times didn’t do nothing. Don’t waste your money.

With a lot of rubbing I got the seat cleaner but crack lines did not disappear. Not at all like commercials.

Saw a video where this stuff preformed magic on leather...turned out to be B.S....worthless.
