Chrome on everything this is beautiful professional chrome very visible. Very durable does not scratch and it bends EZ. You just got to warm it up a little bit and it’s easy to install.

Bought this in 2019, so this will be a 6 year in use review. It has stayed on the vehicle just fine, prevents minor door dings(wish other people cared like I do) and looks nice. The only issue I have is that about a year ago the adhesive started coming out from under it, and this year it has been melting in the sun and coming off on hands if you close the door by the edge. Needs to be pushed back on as well when that happens. Aside from that it does the job, and I cant expect cheap adhesive to last much more than 6 years haha

The look these edge trim kits give any vehicle really puts a finishing touch on your ride. I had bought only enough to do my driver's and passenger side doors before and the 2 back doors just felt so naked and unattractive. I purchased this 18" roll of trim and I had enough to not only complete the 2 back doors, but I also was able to accent the front grill and the bottom of my trunk. No problems at all and they even stayed perfectly in place getting my car washed the day after installation. I only gave this a 4 star review because the trim was not able to mold from the bottom of my trunk lid up to the sides. Very good product nonetheless and I would for sure recommend it to anyone that has an older car especially cause it really does make a difference.

I used it to trim out my 2017 Triumph MC tank flange. Looks like $1M. East to use and apply.

Not worth it. It’s been only few weeks I installed it. It’s already coming out. Sun has been at it’s highest point the trim shrunk by an inch. Looks good but not the best quality

I really wanted to like this product, it really does work in keeping your door edges chip and ding free. HOWEVER, and this is a really really big however, the U-channel is filled with some kind of adhesive. This adhesive melts in hot, sunny days and leaks out the bottom of the u-channel and runs down the door. I now have a HUGE sticky mess running down all four doors and attempting to remove the u-channel makes an even bigger mess. Cowles Custom really needs to address this issue, or at least warn customers that this CANNOT be used in a hot environment. Well, unless of course you don't mind having dirty, sticky adhesive running all down your doors, getting all over people, clothing, pets, ect. I had thought this was the old pressure fit style of u-channel, it most certainly is not. Even my dealership was less than impressed since they do sell this in their parts department, their liability for selling this product suddenly dawned on them. I'm going to take this stuff off and pitch both it and the unused portion, but I have to figure out how to get all the adhesive off my doors first. This is a very poor quality product and the only recommendation I can give is to not buy it, it not worth the mess you end up with

Good quality trim and looks great

Worked for trimming some motorbike plastics perfectly. Sticks and stays around even aggressive corners. The trick I found was to use a heat gun very carefully for the tight turns.
