A good product however I ordered 4 bottles of 20mg and received 6 bottles of 40mg. I sometimes double my dose of 20mg so I'm happy with the mistake but not a good way to run a business. It's a statement on the difficult hiring process in for companies.

Take one pill a day, it may or may not work. It may be a psychological suggestion, the specific effect is unclear. It may be better for the eyes.

Growing older is inevitable, and we sacrifice a few of the things we "naturally" enjoyed as we get older. However, there are also things we can do to slow the losses; my vision is very important to me and over the years my vision suffered the gamut of "usual" decreases. On my last eye exam it was discovered I had a small 'hole' inside my eye that was causing difficulties in maintaining my stable vision. There is nothing they can do to improve it. I investigated possible methods to slow, or hopefully stop the further fluctuating vision problems; my vision would fluctuate depending on different eye strain, time of day or even fatigue. The most prominent response was to use Lutein. I purchased Nature's Bounty 20mg softgels and took them accordingly. During my recent eye checkup one year later the doctor said the hole had shrunk a bit and my eyes looked more healthy than the last few visits. Incredible!!! Just a note, my father is now 100 years old and I started him on the same dosage when I started; on his last eye exam he did NOT require a new prescription from his last order of his eyeglasses. I can't explain it, but I sure can 'see' the difference since taking Lutein. HIGHLY recommended. At least try it and give it a little time (a few months for me) before you may see a difference, no matter how small it may be. Better than continuing a further loss of your eyesight.
