Go to run especially for ribs
I buy a bottle a year and use on spare ribs and butts. It’s NOT salty! I never add salt to rubs. Using with apple juice spritz I get that perfect red mahogany color on spares. Over time it does cake a bit but it’s not a problem cause you can just stir it up.

Yummy
The taste is more sweet than spicy and has a smokiness too it.So far it’s been great on everything I’ve tried it on.I also mixed it up in sour cream and it was great as a dipping sauce too.

You Won’t Need Sauce
This is a terrific rub for smoking meat—especially ribs. It has a lot of brown sugar so be careful if you are grilling over direct heat.
