Nice item Item has been working well for me. I can’t say it’s 100% but it has helped with my cramps in my thighs. They were very bad and if I take this, it does seem to help them so I’m pleased with the item although I wish it was 100% Can’t have everything

Maybe good for leg cramps
I've taken these for over a month and so far there's not a big difference in my leg cramps from my heavy hiking. But it's recommended for leg cramps so you may have better luck

Good to have in cabinet
This is a quality product, great price, and works for us my husband‘s 67 and I’m 60. We don’t take it on the daily basis but it’s good to have in the cabinet when we do need it.
