The two biggest thing when buying adapters is making sure that you have the right amount of power output/input. I had a 19V adapter that kept giving my computer a code. As soon as i plugged it in with this 19.5V adapter everything start working with no problem!!!

Was a replacement for the cord from my laptop, since my old cord died. HOWEVER, it's not as long as the one I had, and the removable cord that plugs into the box keeps coming out. It works, but honestly, I'm a little disappointed.

I had accidentally snapped off the pin from my prior charger and bought this as a replacement for my HP laptop. It's better than the one I replaced as it's only a one piece pin instead of two that my last one had (which an electronics store sold me). I would purchase this again. Lightening fast shipping, too.

just wish the cord length was 12 inches longer. Other than that, I am very happy
