Better for you than normal soy sauce

An excellent value! The taste is exceptional and the bottle is leak proof and easy to use. The sodium content is ok, but not as low as other brands.

Received two 16oz bottles when I paid for two 32oz bottles. World’s most expensive non-fermented soy sauce. One bottle leaked, but thankfully not too much. The review prompt wants me to talk about sodium content, well it’s 3 times as much as the low sodium fermented soy sauce. Better hide this stuff from grandma or call her cardiologist. There really aren’t many health benefits unless gluten is the enemy and the only thing this really benefits is the wallet of the seller. The inside of the package tasted good where it leaked.

The aminos are great. The problem was that I ordered 2 of the 2-packs and was only sent one 2-pack. Amazon did resolve it with a credit for one of the 2-packs.

Bragg liquid Amino is great for many reasons - it tastes like soy sauce and is way less sodium. You can purchase a 'spray' bottle of amino and use this bottle to refill those. Spray bottles help with portion control too. It's all really good. I purchased this for a friend who has heart failure and her doc has said she must control her sodium intake. He approved amino acid, in moderation of course. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Excellent instead of soy sauce. My go to is Braggs as they live up to quality I value for my stir fry. Will not be without it.

Oh my god, I love this stuff! I was really not expecting it to be as good or as versatile as it actually is. I've used it in everything... and I mean everything! Burgers, sauces, soups, dressings, marinades and my favourite is to flavour plain beans. I must admit. It's versatile, but if like me you've used it in every meal the last two weeks you'll notice it has a certain taste, and your food will taste (great) but very samey. Anyway, this stuffs great, cheap and useful. I highly recommend it. I actually need to buy some more before I run out :)

Ich nutze es als Salzersatz und finde es schmeckt wirklich gut. Werde ich mir wieder kaufen.

Ich nehme Bragg Liquid Aminos auf vielfältiger Weise: Statt Salz in Salatsoße oder Tomatensoße und statt normaler Sojasoße. Außerdem ist es Gluten-frei, im Gegensatz zu vielen Sojasoßen, die oft Weizen enthalten.
