Great product and price
Very durable/well built and easy to install, minimal pieces to assemble and aligned perfect with my 16" spaced studs. A word to the wise: this is worth the additional cost over other "bargain" mounts. When hanging a lot of weight on your wall the hardware is important! The 4 long and high quality mounting screws make this extremely sturdy (these hardended screws go deep (3" x 4) into your wall studs and will take A LOT of torque and not break, I have no worries at all they will ever loosen or snap). In addition to the great hardware, this mount is incredibly functional. It's very easy to hang and then adjust angle and tilt of the TV once installed. Glad I read all the 5 star reviews first, this does not disappoint! Believe this is really the best built/best designed product, especially for the reasonable price (with this you get what you pay a little extra for... including piece of mind!Update 5/2018: Used previously for a 60" 50+ lb tv and worked great, so just bought a 2nd for another TV 65" about 62 lbs and absolutely no issues (still less than 1/2 the weight limit, I have no doubt this mount can handle a 100 lb+ 70" also). The other mount I installed 3 years ago still works great, I turn the tv all the time/daily 3 or 4 times and no issues, not even a squeek, and no sagging after 3 years of use. Really a great product and easy to install/mount and adjust if needed -- just a great user-friendly and durable design. Comes with plenty of bolts of varying lengths for the back of the TV, and extenders if needed, and an HDMI cable (I didn't need but a nice thought). You will need a good stud finder (check and recheck stud centers 3-4 times before drilling and you'll have no issues), a level, a tape measure,a power drill and 7/16" drill bit,, phillips screwdriver, a pencil or sharpie, and 2 people to do this right.Update 9/2018. I've installed 3 of these now with no issues, including a 70" LG', a 65" Vizio, and a 60"Samsung (the 70" was about 75 lbs and other 2 in the 60 lb range). Another plus, these are shipped by Echogear, and all 3 I've ordered have been in the mail the very first business day after I placed the orders and arrived faster/earlier than expected. Also wanted to provide feedback to those who gave 1 star reviews. Of course they are entitled to their opinions, but seems most are obviously people who either did not read the product description before ordering or did not know how to (read and/or) install properly. In other words, they did not check their stud spacing (don't order if you don't know/have a stud finder), did not check their TV bolt pattern, or couldn't figure out how to tighten the tilt bolt (it's in the instructions!). Measure your studs before you order, newer homes where I live are all 16", if you have wider studs this mount will not work (get the other model)! Can't speak to those who say bolts didn't fit the back of their TV, but Echogear includes a TON of different diameter and length bolts and spacers for both smaller and larger TVs. I've mounted 3 different TV brands all different sizes with no issues (the thread patterns and bolt sizes are standardized, just need to check the length needed).

Best mount on the market - don't hesitate to get this...it's phenomenal.
This is the mount you need. Yes, it's a few more bucks than some of the mounts out there - but you likely just spent anywhere from 500 to several thousand on your TV, so why try to save 20 bucks on a cheap mount? This is the best mount I've ever seen. It's incredibly well made and moves my 70" Sony XBR effortlessly. It was very easy to install - took maybe 30 minutes - TAKE IT SLOW. You don't want to mess it up and not drill directly into the studs. If you don't drill directly into the studs, the mount is useless because it's so well made, the mount (especially with the TV on it) will just rip out of the dry wall. So you HAVE to drill directly into two studs.A couple of things I noticed that may help your decision to purchase:-The way they have you put it all together is great and makes it a breeze. The bigger the TV, I'd absolutely recommend you having 2 people. But if you have a 40" or below, you should be fine to do it yourself. You attach the two bracket pieces to the back of the TV. It gives you a few different sized screws so you'll have the correct ones for the holes on the back of your TV. My TV had screws in the holes that came with it, but not all TVs do. So they give you multiple sizes to ensure you can connect the 2 bracket pieces correctly. Then you install the mount to the wall. It takes some patience and measuring to make sure you're directly drilling into the middle of the studs, but once you do that, you're all set. You lift the TV and put the bracket pieces over the mount bars and the TV is on there. Then use the bracket fasteners that make sure it's fully secured to the mount. One thing to note - it's "on there" before you even put the bracket fasteners on. But you absolutely want to put the bracket fasteners on because there is a chance the TV would come off the mount over time by moving it back and fourth on the mount if you don't use the fasteners. But you don't have to worry about holding the TV on the mount and attaching the bracket fasteners at the same time...the TV rests on the mount and then you put them on to ensure it can't fall off.-The multiple holes on the base where you attach the huge bolts/screws that go into the studs - they are arranged so on the outside chance your studs are not perfectly distributed 16" (the norm), you'll still be fine. For some reason, one of mine was more like 15 instead of 16...not a problem. Again, just make sure you drill directly into the stud.-The bolts they give you are very large and you need the appropriate drill bit. You're not going to be able to screw them in without drilling first I can't remember what size it was, but it tells you in the directions.-The directions were pretty good and easy to follow. It's really not that hard, but it's nice to have guidance and I'd suggest reading it all first instead of just trying to do it without reading it.-The "functions" and "usability" of this mount are phenomenal. It's extremely well made as I've mentioned, but pulling it out or pushing it back in, tilting it, moving it...all very easy, but it still stays secure in the place you want it. It won't just randomly move or tilt for no reason. I listen to very loud music and movies and the bass never makes it shake or tilt or move. It's easily the best mount I've seen.In conclusion - buy this mount if you're looking for a way to secure your beloved TV to the wall. It's the best mount I've come across and it gives me complete peace of mind that my several thousand dollar investment, while "hanging on the wall", is safer and more secured than ever.
