Very tasty Paste!!
This paste is very good. I have been dipping my air fries in it and I love it. Soon I will use it other ways but for now its good enough to have around all the time.

Tamarind paste
I just got this in the mail today. It was very nicely packaged. I put some on my taco tonight and it was not bad at all. Tasted better than I thought but I did not put a whole lot on it. I am going to experiment with putting this in other things because of the benefits I learned about it. Thank you.

Excellent Quality taste/ Dumb packaging: Box doesn’t say Tamarind, says “Cooking Paste”
Super dumb packaging, so I thought I received the wrong item and was afraid to open it as I wanted to be able to return it. Even one of the stickers on the plastic packaging says “Rani Organics Indian Chutney”. I eventually ended up seeing their small sticker that read “ATTENTION this is Tamarind paste as you ordered…” So, yeah they know their packaging is dumb. However, the product is crazy delicious so all is forgiven.

Their organic version is better
I brought this because the organic tamarind paste from this company was (and still is as of this writing) unavailable on amazon. The organic version has a sweet and tart taste whereas this version is not tart and has more of a molasses taste. The organic version does extremely well in pad thai. I used this in rendang (I thought it would work like the organic one) but that was a big mistake and now Im afraid to use this in pad thai. Rani, please bring back the organic version, that one was the best! Im sure this version has a good use somewhere, but not for my needs
