It looks like they have one hat that is black on the outside and has brown/khaki on the underneath side. All the rest seem to be solid colors.

I don't think you can wash the hats except perhaps spot cleaning with a slightly damp rag.

can it fit over a sew in?

I think it depends on how big the sew in is. It’s not a large fitting hat.
