Silk Peptide Powder - 100g

I bought this for use in my homemade leave in conditioner. Works great, though I’ve never used any other brand of silk so I can’t speak on its legitimacy. But I think it’s good quality because it really added strength and smoothness and shine that I don’t normally achieve from that same recipe without it. Would recommend!

I have been using this brand in my handmade creams for over 6 years. When I formulated my now signature cream, I ordered this brand. Some reviews discuss an odor, all silk has a distinctive smell. It doesnt come through, at least in my experience, in the final product. So, here we are years later, still using & LOVING how silky it makes skin in my creams. Thank you Mystic Moments, your product is amazing!! Thank you too for selling it on Amazon...at this point I would order from the UK if you didn't because I won't try any other brand!

I'm not sure why but when I opened my bad this smells like ahit, literally!!

This product is fantastic! I use it in cold process soap, bath bombs and lotion. It blends so well, with little effort and really gives a nice smooth feel to my products! I will order again, I'm already starting to get low. Only a small amount is necessary, which makes it even better!

Wonderful stuff! I am so glad to have this~ it has a large number of uses in my DIY products. Has a nice, sort of graham-cracker smell, too.

I used this in my home made cream and it made my skin feel so silky. Today I used the same cream as pre-shampoo for the first time and I'm so impressed by the result. It works so much better than whipped butter (without water and silk peptide solution). Hair is not greasy, 0 weigh down, wavy yet no flyaways. And, it's so shiny! I will buy again once I run out. I probably will use my cream as pre-poo everyday for a while since it is damaged from being over processed.

The bag looked worn and old, the text was hard to read. The product smells old and stale. I used in lotion and didn’t notice any “silkiness”. I then put the silk powder in a small amount of water and felt it with my fingers, not silky. I rubbed this mixture into my hands and not only was it not silky, it had a drying effect.

This does not smell good at all. However with the EO's and FO's, it seems to mask it well. Lotion I made was nice and I have

il est de très bonne qualité mais à une odeur particulière un peu désagréable. je l'ai utilisé dans une poudre visage non parfumé du coup l'odeur persiste, il faudra que je teste dans un produit parfumé
