My son is food averse so I decided to try these to get some plant based nutrients into his body. They do not taste like greens. The texture is a little harder than other gumies he's used to but he loves them and takes them everyday eagerly before heading to school. I will continue to buy the and highly recommended trying them if your kids is a picky eater like mine.

Delicious and Kid-Approved! I bought these veggie gummies for my kid, and they’ve been a total hit! Not only do they taste great (no complaints from my picky eater!), but I also love that they’re packed with plant-based nutrients. My daughter is autistic. I ended up getting the green bottle because the only vegetable she eats are potatoes. She hates the texture and taste but I've been giving her these for a week; and I must say her appetite and speech have definitely increased and I am so happy for these gummies. *** UPDATE *** Feb 2025 - product changed! *** 1 star *** My child who has needed these is now 10 years old so we've been constant customers and have loved this Omega and DHA gummy vitamin for over 6 years now and we were directed by a physician to give him more than the listed dosage (malabsorption issues) so we were going through approx 2 bottles a month. Recently, they went out of stock but it was ok because I had purchased extra and used those. We ran out before they came back in stock though and I was terrified we wouldn't be able to get more because this specific vitamin gummy makes a major difference in my child's ability to handle daily life. During the few weeks that we were completely out, my child experienced so many meltdowns and a lot of other issues that we haven't had to deal with for years and it's been very difficult. I almost cried when I saw they were back in stock and I decided to get 2 bottles instead of 1 with my usual monthly delivery to start to get my inventory back to what it was so it was always on hand. I got nervous when I opened the package and noticed the bottle itself was slightly smaller. Then I saw the gummies and my heart plummeted. They look different. They used to have a very clear color difference between the 2 flavors and now they're darn near identical. They're shorter and smaller overall now too - they used to resemble Dots candies and now they look like they've been cut in half. The texture is very different too, more slippery/splits when bitten (instead of squishy) if I had to use a word to describe it. My child can't understand reason and doesn't do well with changes. I was so excited when he did decide to try it but after a few chews, he got a disgusted look on his face, spit it out, and said "Ew! Disgusting! No." and threw them in the trash. I've been trying to get him to take them every single day and this bottle will be empty soon with zero of them being ingested. He's struggling with multiple daily meltdowns. He's not wanting to try speaking as often. His sleep is affected. His overall happiness is affected. He gets frustrated more easily and can't focus as well so he's stopping efforts to keep learning how to read. He used to beg for these every single day, he loved taking them and they helped him so so much. Now he won't take them the results without them are heartbreaking. I'm devastated. I emailed the company and they confirmed that they changed everything because they had to change manufacturers. They asked that I keep trying to get him to try them and get used to them but I can't afford to spend that much money on something he spits out and won't actually take. I'm not exaggerating when I say I'm devastated. This is truly devastating for my family and my heart is aching for my son who is struggling without these. I don't know what we're going to do. This was literally the only omega/dha he would take. I'm going to try a similar one that looks more like the old version of these and it looks to have the same amounts in it too. So if your kid has been taking these for years, just beware that they completely changed this year. I do think the new version is one that is more palatable for typical kids - it smells better than the old version. So maybe kids who didn't like it before, might like it now. But if your's loved it before, they probably won't like it now. ************************ *** Original review *** 4 stars *** 1/3 of my kids are OK with the taste and luckily the one child that likes it, is the one that needs it the most. He is 4yo and nonverbal. Since starting this product 4 months ago, his vocabulary and focus on our mouths and words has definitely increased. Miracle product, no, but it's made a noticeable difference and that makes it worth every penny for us. I love that it's vegan, though 3i haven't checked into the validity of this. I love that it's not from fish. I love that it does not have a bunch of sugar coating it! My kids hate sugar coated gummies. I love that it's a much higher dose of omegas than most gummies out there. I wish there were more flavors other than lemon and orange. Those are 2 flavors that my other kids do not like at all. They prefer Berry flavors. It smells a bit weird compared to other gummies, but I'm getting used to it. It does give a warning about containing tree nuts (coconut oil). The daily dose is 3 gummies and here are 60 gummies in the bottle, so it will last 1 child 20 days, which isn't very long and thr cost definitely adds up. I wish it were a bit less expensive because I'd love this to be a realistic option for all families and not just those that are able to spend approx $30/mo on a single supplement.
