I recently started incorporating the 65 by Whole Foods Market Multi One Daily Adult into my daily routine, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This supplement has truly become an essential part of my overall wellness regimen. First and foremost, the convenience of a once-daily tablet is a game-changer for someone with a busy lifestyle. I wanted to maybe help to understand the difference in these vitamins and other vitamins, BUT want to be clear that I am NOT a doctor but do have enough people over the years that have found this information to be truthful for themselves. I have taken this brand of vitamins for about 15 years and counting. I, at first, thought the smell and taste were not pleasant but I knew they were packed with the nutrients that are important to consume to promote a healthy body. I first noticed the great benefits of this vitamin when I left my medication container in the camper for the week and when I returned it was black in spots and had fuzzy stuff on it. This was upsetting at first but after talking with my physician and dieticians I personally know it became so clear that this was a good and positive thing to witness. This vitamin uses cold pressed processes that include such active and live ingredients that they are very useful to the body. When digesting these vitamins your body is actively working to grab the ones each unit needs and put them to work thus increasing the way in which your body processes nutrients. Other vitamins were compared to studies that, at first, didn't include the contents of vitamins. An city in my area conducted testing of the sewage and water system to ensure that increasing development of housing would be safe. This was almost 20 or more years ago. They found a startling ingredient in the sewage system. They found WHOLE vitamins to the equivalent of 8 full 120 count bottles of Centrum vitamins. They knew it was this brand because the item was still in tact and had the name written in the center and therefore identifiable. I am sure this was not the only one they found but it was significant enough to use this brand name in the report. This vitamin was found to not have any processable ingredients and was then changed, I am sure. These vitamins have been the saving grace for me and my family and I just wanted to share that even if you find a different product or continue to seek the use of this one, just know it provides the nutrients that your body accepts and processes in a way that allows your body to do what it does best and that is to sustain your health and you. Good vitamin at a fair price.

I bought these because I have an iron insufficiency plus I need to take methylated B products. This has both along with folate (I have genetic MTHFR issues). Since taking these my iron levels have risen (it takes a long time according to my pharmacist. They are not difficult to swallow and I do know they are helping due to more blood tests. I recommend these for someone who may have MTHFR issues and / or low iron issues (of course talk to your doctor first).

I never know what to say in these reviews. I'm happy, my doctor is happy, I'm not broke, it does what it is supposed to without breaking the bank. Thank you.

This is what we have been using for years now. It's the best multi vitamin!

Bought for my teenage son, who asked me not to buy them again as he said they have a bad taste. Never heard that comment before regarding the other brands I have purchased over the years, nor have experienced that my own self, so . . . hmm....
