I don't lift hard core like I did years ago, but just bought this for occasional use to load a few grams for a few days before difficult hikes here in Colorado that can use tremendous amounts of energy. To that end, I really should have bought chew-able tablets but powder is cheaper and I can easily put it in my shakes or just mix into any beverage. The reason it's important to buy from a reputable brand is because I learned years ago from a chemist power lifter that there is an extremely toxic byproduct of creatine manufacturing that requires extra processing and cost to remove so it's not worth taking chances just to save a little money.

Love this Creatine Monohydrate from Twinlab. Easily dissolves in my drink, not gritty or grainy at all. Only Brand I trust for this product. Helps get the push I need to power through my workouts and limits the fatigue afterwards. Highly recommend this product and this brand.

Seems like good creatine, its keeping my weight the same and doesnt taste bad like some ive had before. I got it for like $4 which is an amazing deal, so I bought 2.
