My 12 month old has new teeth coming in and has been using nursing as a way to soothe his gums at night. He would nurse literally all night and I was desperate for relief so both he (and I) could get better sleep. The first time I tried this, he was squirming so much I couldn't actually apply it well with my finger. With help holding him still we eventually were able to get it on his gums and this is the first night I've had in months where he's only woken up twice to nurse! So this stuff definitely works, but harder to apply on squirming babies. I recommend oragel provide a Pacifier-like applicator with this gel so that it's easier on parents to apply. Otherwise, fantastic and safe product for baby!
