Ignore any reviews that say otherwise, this arrived today which was the day after we had ordered it. The quality is good, the space for the photos is not too small and it will make a great gift for my mum once we've personalised it with our own pics. Someone returned theirs because the glass was opaque but I don't think they realised there's a protective film on BOTH sided of each piece of glass - it's kinda tricky to get your fingernail under to peel it off but that meant it was well protected from scratches. A happy customer 😀

My initial order of this was delivered with 3 of the see-through panes smashed up, although this was most likely down to a careless delivery driver. Messaged the seller and they were very efficient and helpful in sending out a replacement so quickly. Can be a little fiddly with getting the photos in, and they slip around a bit, but that’s nothing a bit of Blu tack can’t solve. Overall happy with it considering the price.

Got this for my boyfriend birthday put pics in looks amazing. But on the lid two sides of the wood came apart when arrived. Getting t fixed glued back on. Other than that it’s good present for someone.

absolutely awful workmanship gone into this box, the wood isn’t real wood, the joins do not match up or look like they do on the advert with mitred edges, the edges were instead butted together and the lid doesn’t fit either. The photos are all different sizes by at least a centimetre or two and not the uniform 7.5cm as stated.i would have been ashamed to gift it to my husband.only saving grace was that the company gave me a refund without too much fuss or having to send it back. Straight in the bin!! wish i’d taken more photos of it. absolutely shameful!!

Looks good, value for money and limited storage capacity to store small things.
