I really like the closeness you get with 15x magnifying. But if you look in it too long your eyes get blurry when you stop. haha Its a great mirror for the price and the light is nice but wish it went all the way around. Its light enough that I just hold it upside down to get the light on my eyebrows. Which is fine.Tweezers are worthless. Throw them out! I don't understand that part. Why offer a 15x magnifying mirror with blunt tweezers that can't even get the easiest hair out. Super frustrating so that's why mine went in the garbage. Can't use them even for a sliver in ones finger!I see a similar product in white and the lights go all around the mirror. That might be a better purchase but is also 3x as much money. so......that being said, it all comes down to how much you want to spend really. Like I said - this one is a great mirror, love how it folds up and barely weighs a thing (plus its battery operated **bonus**) and can't beat the price.

I am on my second lighted mirror. I bought the first one about a year ago and was pleased with the compact size, magnification and the lighted feature - not too bright, just right. About a month ago the light wouldn't go on. I changed the 2 AAA batteries and still it wouldn't work. I figured it was the bulb. I looked at the paperwork that came with it and the manufacturer stated the bulb doesn't need to be replaced through normal wear, whatever that means. I didn't want to take time to figure out how to replace the bulb, ie: locating the correct size, so I ordered the same but new lighted mirror. The light works fine. So, great mirror but probably won't last more than one year.

It's a good magnifying mirror but I would suggest saving a few dollars and buying the one without the advertised "light". The "light" does not help with lighting your face at all. As I said, still a good mirror, just do not think that the light on this mirror will light your face at all. Most places you go will have some place with some type of lighting anyway. This is a good buy as long as you don't expect anything from the light. The mirror itself gives a good, clear image even with the x15 magnification.

Interesting-- this is a magnifying compact but has a light which according to the manufacturer you should never need to change. It's clear to see and folds down to a small portable compact size. I bought it for overseas travel so I didn't need to worry about voltage differences, but didn't recognize that this was a compact when I bought it. I was looking for something larger ...but kept it because it folds nicely and I can carry it in my work bag easily.

Perfect for a travel mirror. As I don't wear contacts, needed a magnified mirror for eye make up. This one is great and also has a light.

Super magnifying. I have to wear reading glasses, and it's hard to see to put my eye make up on--not with this! It's well lit. Not as small as a compact, but still fits fine in my purse. Great to have along for fixing lipstick in a dark car. Planning to use for travel so I always have a lighted mirror.

For someone (like me) who only wears glasses, this mirror is great! I need it to put on eye makeup and the magnification is the best! The mirror is very clear when you use it properly and the light is a bonus! Love the compact size and it is so lightweight for travel.

Small and overpriced. Magnifies too much to be useful for the elder who wants it. And the light button is not easily manipulated for those with geriatric dexterity.
