There are two reasons I take these vitamins. The first is for the purity; with no fillers, I feel that everything I am putting in my body has value. Second, I have always struggled with vitamins because they upset my stomach. I like to take vitamins in the morning, before I eat and start reaping the benefits right away. These vitamins are nothing short of five stars. Being a fitness enthusiast for many years I have always struggled to find the right supplements. I'm thrilled to have finally found the perfect "pure" vitamin! I'd been looking for the right combination with no additives or fillers and especially without soy or iron, and this is it. I find these easy to swallow but sometimes break them apart and mix the contents into my morning oatmeal or smoothie. I've had no issue whatsoever with any after taste or indigestion as I have had with past vitamins. The Pure Vitamin Club Daily Multicap is a great product that I highly recommend.

The fillers in most vitamins make me sick. I have been taking these for a couple weeks now with no side effects, so I believe they stand by their word about zero fillers. I also like that I only need to take 1 per day to get all the vitamins I need, whereas other non-filler multivitamins require 2-3 per day to fill all the daily requirements. The "other" multivitamins end up costing more because you have to buy more to fill your daily vitamin requirements. These weren't too badly priced. Definitely more than what you'd pay for a multivitamin with fillers at any store, but not as much as other non-filler multivitamins available.

This is a great product! Just as I expected, these vitamins are as high quality as they promise to be. I have tried for years to find a vitamin that didn't upset my stomach, and I can actually take these on an empty stomach and not taste them all day. I became a fan of Vinnie Tortorich after finding his book, Fitness Confidential. I am also very picky about the books that I read, and I finished this one in a couple of days. It was not only informative, but it was extremely well written and entertaining. When I checked out his podcast I began to understand why. Vinnie is a trustworthy source of information and has developed a great vitamin product. I highly recommend it.

I had tried these in the past, and was not thrilled with the results but decided to give them another try. I had only been on them for 2 days when I started experiencing right-sided abdominal pain and cramps radiating down to my thighs. I also did not notice any energy increase, and I felt a bad warming sensation like inflammation throughout my body as if I had overdosed on niacin. I also noticed that these vitamins turned my stools black, and I also lost my gallbladder while taking them! These pills are definitely filled with something and that something is not good. I refuse to continue to take them as I value my health!

Finally, a daily vitamin that didn't cause me to suffer indigestion in the morning and that gave me the energy boost that I need!!! Why has it taken so long .... maybe all the crap in the other daily vitamins???? I am just very, very pleased to finally find a multi-vitamin that works for my metabolism, and that does what I expect it to do, without unnecessary additives and unpleasant side effects.
