Best Chili Sauce
I love this brand and the Chili sauce. It was very hard to find and then I thought of Amazon and wah-lah there it was!! It’s the best sauce and I love spicy!! I put this item in marinades and soups and the flavor is wonderful!!

Spicier than "Rooster", slightly more tart, much more expensive.
Since Huy Fong got into their pis55ing match with their pepper supplier that led to the Great Sriracha Shortage Of The Pandemic their sauce has ..... changed. It's just not the same. Not bad, but ..... so we branched out and found this. It's a very good sauce. More flavorful than "Rooster", a little bit hotter than "Rooster", and a little bit more tart than .... yeah. We love this, but it's definitely more expensive than "Rooster". Wife loves it. I like it. I prefer even more heat.

Hot Stuff, excellent taste
Nice and hot, the way I expected and needed it to be. Honestly though, I don’t often eat it. But I couldn’t help myself, I needed to try it.

Good substitute for huy fong
Great substitute for the upcoming huy fong drought, although to be honest I haven’t been a fan of huy fong since they lost their pepper supplier. The new stuff just doesn’t taste as good. This sriracha is definitely hotter with more of a vinegar bite to it. It’s great and would probably use it exclusively moving forward if it didn’t cost so much and the texture was less like ketchup. My search for the perfect sriracha continues, but this is up there with the Tabasco version as my favs so far behind the original red rooster.

Not among the best.
Tasted a little stale even when it arrived new, feels preservative heavy. Spice-level is decent but the other factors pull it down.

This is my favorite sriracha sauce! It has a great flavor and enough heat to add spice to everything.

Finally! A decent green top fill in!
Its almost as good as the "regular" green top with the rooster brand Sriracha. But it is available AND affordable. Pretty amped to have found it. Its a little hotter and has more of chili (like chili with beans and meat) flavor. But I'm coming around to it for sure. Makes eggs a little more tex mex for example. It fits that gap where salsa isn't right and traditional hot sauce doesn't quite work.
