No stomach upset and the quality is great. After being off my regime for far longer than I care to admit and being REALLY depleted of B12, I felt a difference quickly once I began taking them again. Depending on your vitamin requirements you can take daily or every other day so the value is great. Very easy to take daily (what I require at the moment) and meets the requirements set by my physician as far as B12 content per serving dose. The flavor is also not bad. Although I prefer a sublingual liquid, this dissolvable tab is a close second.

When my hemoglobin went down to a 7.2, I had to have iron infusions, and in the process, I found out my Vitamin B12 was also very low. When I started looking for it, I couldn’t find it at the grocery store, so I looked on Amazon. I found this brand in grape and tried it. I am extremely pleased with the quality and especially the flavor!! If you like grape, you have to try this vitamin!! Each time it melts under my tongue, I keep hoping it will take longer and longer to melt! lol. It’s honestly delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend anyone, who likes grape flavor (and of course needs vitamin B12), to try this vitamin. I look forward to taking it every morning!

Tastes good, dissolves easy. Makes it easy to get my b12 in. Size is small.

I needed this product after my surgery. It works great, tastes good and it doesn't take long to melt. I have been using this product for five months now, it has help with my energy levels. I will continue to buy this product, it does what it's supposed to do.
