Calcium Citrate 1000 mg with Vitamin D-3

Will be finishing my first bottle soon. And plan to continue using these because they are calcium citrate, plus have vitamin D-3.

Most calcium available in stores is calcium carbonate, which I understand is not as good as citrate. Solaray is a good brand in my opinion.

My bone scan shows thinning of my bones, so my doctor said take calcium. This one is taken as 4 capsules per day, so I can spread them out over the course of my day.They do not upset my stomach or acid reflux.

I have for many years got my calcium tablets from Cosco. No matter which kind I get they are big and hard to swallow. When thing I noticed is that on Amazon when people write reviews they spend so much time complaining about the tiniest things . For example read many reviews that said that a few of these tablets where broken in the bottle . Oh my goodness . It's not just this review but in almost every review I read there are people that complain about the stupidest things and so what if you have a few broken tablets in the bottom of the bottle ? I just took a couple of these pills and compared to the calcium pills that I've taken the last 20 years these are very very very nice . I don't struggle to swallow your bed you To Go Right down and Can't Imagine Them Not Being or doing what they claim to do which is to give you some calcium.. Since I just got these I can't tell you how well they're working until I have a bone scan or see how strong my nails are. Am I wrong to assume that these would not be on the market unless they were FDA approved? Get over the couple capsules that are broken people . Get a life
