Used for regular wear when I'm not heavy waist training
Could've been a little tighter. I wear it around the house or even when I'm out but I wouldn't wear it with a dress or anything because there's small lumps in the front but I used it just to compress since I'm waist training. I have a metal corset that I use for the major training but this is nice just for regular wear. I'm 5'6" 145 pounds (mostly muscle) and my waist is about a 29 without me working out but I've started working out again and when I do I'm usually around a 27.5 waist so I'm hoping this can get me even smaller.

Not for short people
This has great hold in power. I found it to run a bit large. However, it's not for me. At 5'3" and a 64" around torso, it is too long. When I sit, it cuts into my upper thighs and that's with pulling it up as high as it will go (under my bust).

I like to where this piece when I work out. it also helped me loose some inches on my waist. this is a cool product

THIS WILL MAKE YOU CURVY!!! you will fit into it eventually, just always wear it and it's gonna fit just fine. don't wear tight clothes though, your excess fat will show up and it'll be obvious you're wearing this my only negative part about this is it doesnt make my stomach look any smaller,

slimming
I wear this nearly every day under my clothes since having my second baby within a 3 year period. I'm just using it as temporary shapewear until I am about to quit nursing and all healed and ready to run again. It's slimming, adjustable (4 rows of hooks), and the ribs in the garment are padded well so they aren't uncomfortable. I'm very happy with this girdle thing. It really does hold everything in and I do feel slimmer after wearing it!
