Good quality, a little too long for very young kids. Recommend them tho!
8 year old loves them. My 34 yo self has used them. They are harder to work than the shorter ones. But my 8 yo has used the shorter ones until they literally fell apart so the transition didn’t take long to get it going. I love that this pack has enough for her and her friends to enjoy them. Also have extras for when she wears one out. These have held up for quite awhile now, I expect them to last a long time.

Works well and FUN! Exactly as described
Works exactly like it’s supposed to. I was wary of the product due to the previous reviews. Fear not! They’re exactly as described. I was able to make it work on my 2nd try. HOW TO USE: Place the circle ring through your dominant foot. I’m right handed so I put it on my right foot by my shin area (above your ankles). I held the ball with my right hand. I then threw the ball to my left to give it momentum. You jump with your left leg. Keep your right leg (with the circle ring) in a toe/heel Rocking motion like a seesaw. Your right foot is sort of hopping in a toe up/heel down and toe down/heel up motion and your entire leg is moving in a circle motion to swing the ball around. Kind of like when you are making circles with your foot while stretching. But you’re standing up. It’s fun for adults and kids. The adults will be out of breath and haven’t had that kind of fun since grade school. The kids will enjoy the novelty of a new and cool exercise. Great for quarantine exercises. I used it inside the house on tile. Nothing was scratched up. We’ve played it for a couple days now and they’re still in great condition. Good value. They were delivered in 2 days even though my order said it would take longer to be delivered.

Ok for the price
These are used by several students during recess. The ball on the end isn't the most durable and will break if you aren't careful. It was an inexpensive item, so I would say the quality matches the cost.

Eh
I didn't realize these were basically whiffle balloons on a string. The ball is entirely too light to get a good swing on it. I also agree with others about the loop being too big. Anyway, I got it to work but it was annoying. Probably going to keep because my toddler is liking playing with them. Haha. But I wouldn't recommend.

Great!
Work well! Recommend wearing shoes when using these. The rings stay on the ankles only by getting the toy to spin on the ankle like a hula hoop. If the spinning toy loses momentum, much like a hula hoop, it falls down. If not wearing shoes, the ring will slip under your foot and stepping on the hard plastic ring with bare or socked foot is kind of painful. It takes a little practice to get the toy going, but its not too difficult. Kids pick up on it quickly. Fun!

Has no weight and flimsy
I bought this to play with my kids. I had one when I was a kid and loved it. I received them in a good time but as soon as I took them out of the package I didn't like them. The ball has zero wight to it and the rope is very flimsy. I returned these the same day I got them and bought a different kind. It's a good idea but just not for us. I remember the ones when I was a kid were heavy and rolled on the ground nicely.

Great way to get the kids moving
My students love these. Even my boys love using them because it helps with their coordination. Sometimes they have challenges to see who can get the most rotations. Love having students use these as a fun way to exercise without worrying about injury. Obviously we have rules about equipment, but that's not been a problem. We've only used them for a month before school was let out, but they seem pretty sturdy. We'll have to see how long they last with the new school year. They're not that expensive. I'd buy more in the future.

Disappointing
Grandchildren tried but difficult to maneuver. Not like the ones we grew up with. Disappointing
