Sephra Fountain-ready Belgian Milk Chocolate 1lb Bag - Ideal for Melting

Got this to make Dubai chocolate bars. Melts so well and is so delicious. I like that it can melt directly in the bag. The texture is so smooth and creamy. The quality is amazing. The perfect level of sweet. This amount worked to make four large Dubai chocolate bars. Will definitely buy again for other treats because it was by far the best chocolate I have worked with.

Delicious! Smooth and creamy. Melted the entire package in a bowl in the microwave about 10-15 seconds at a time.( No clumping ). Flowed great in the chocolate fountain too. Definitely worth the money

The taste was delicious, and I used them to make the Dubai bars however, when it was received, it was all melted together, and there was just no packaging that would have probably prevented that which is the only reason why I’m giving it four stars because it made using it a little bit harder as I had to break it apart

I use this to mix with other chocolates when making candy bars because it helps give it that silky texture, and shiny sheen. The taste is also divine.

This chocolate melted easily and creamy. It tasted delicious on my frozen bananas and chocolate covered strawberries.

I struggled as the chocolate thickened and went solid even on the warming plate. So I decided to add warm milk to dilute the mix and keep the fountain flowing. People remarked before the milk the taste wasn't very nice. I added more milk and it appeared to stay liquid longer but still solidified in some areas and like jelly in others. I switched it off and later checked to find the entire shaft and pool solid with only a small bit in the deepest centre jelly like. So I used a hairdryer on full to try and melt the chocolate so it would allow me to disassemble the fountain and clean it. But no amount of heat would love quify the chocolate again it did make some areas slide off the metal fountain like jelly or fly off towards the counter top. The majority I had to use a spoon to scrape off. I was very disappointed and normally kids and adults won't leave a trace. Sadly this had so much left I felt heartbroken as it was the centrepiece for a birthday party. I'd recommend this product is diluted with milk before using on a fountain and using possibly warm cream would sweeten it to a UK pallet.

This is fantastic fountain chocolate. Just check the pack size as I thought I was reordering the 907g pack which is the same price.

We purchased this chocolate as a last minute panic buy for our Sons 13th Birthday. Thank you Amazon for next day delivery! He asked for Strawberries dipped in chocolate. We do not have a Chocolate Fountain, so we just melt some in a bowl in the microwave, and it is absolutely delicious. Not sickly to too sweet like cheap chocolate, it has a quality taste and texture to it. We also melt it to put on top of Ice cream sundaes. Fantastic that it comes in a resealable pouch too. Seems to last for ages, so a bargain at the price we paid. We will definitely be buying more in the future.

Very nice and easy to melt, the only thing I’d say is, if your using it for chocolate covered items try to melt it till there’s a few callets left and stir so it’s not too runny or it takes a while to set for me
