I got this product to help flush out my liver, it sure works! Easy to swallow gelatin pills, good ingredients, only side effects I can tell would be taking the recommended amount and having the bum get raw from the cleansing process, so I just reduced how much I was taking and the issue went away. Cleaner liver equals better health and that equals higher energy levels! Highly recommend this product! I have purchased in twice and will purchase more in the future!

I've been taking TUDCA for going on three years due to a failing gallbladder. I've tried many manufacturers but Nutricost has by far been the most economical and authentic supplement. The TUDCA tastes god awful, just as TUDCA is supposed to. I tried another supplement recently that gave double the amount of TUDCA (1100mg per serving, 2 capsul serving, 60 caps per bottle) and yet was half as potent as Nutricost.

I used this product for my liver and after only 1 week, I felt much better. More energy and much less fatigue.

I have a damaged portal valve due to a childhood injury, so I get biliary 'sludge' a lot. While this does cause belly aches, I know they will clear up once the sludge is gone. So I power through the pain. And a quick side note here: some of us don't respond well to ashwagandha so if that's you, don't combine ashwagandha with this. You could end up with serious health problems. Please research out every supplement you take and understand the toxicity of each. Can't stress that enough. As for this, yeah don't try to take this one without the capsule. I've taken a lot of seriously nasty tasting herbs and supplements over the years but this one takes the cake! It tastes so bad it wouldn't surprise me if it could eat the enamel off of teeth! Since it's a dietary need for me, I have to swallow the capsules, even though they're kinda big. But since this is an American company using American resources and no bear bile, I'll keep getting this one.
