Q: what size table will this fit on and how thick does the table need to be?

This should fit on virtually any table that is from 18-inches wide to 75-inches wide. The table can be as thin as 1/4-inch or as thick as 1.75-inches. It is very versatile! Hope this helps!

Q: Does it fits on a regular ping pong table?

It opens as wide as 75 inches. I don't know how wide a regular ping pong table is.

Q: will it attach on an oval table?

As long as your table top thickness will allow the clamping it should attach just fine. One person has asked about clamping it to a pool table which, of course, is too thick to clamp onto.

Q: The net will not retract back in, I used this product once

I even did not like the paddles, it was really bad. I ended up returning it.
