I don't know why,but I think it's not toner, because after spraYing that,it give me a foam like facial foam ,and in just two days I got pimples only face 😡😡😡

Dirty bottle sent
This item was delivered without a cap. The bottle was not sealed. The bottle was dirty and grimy on the outside. I did not trust the contents of the bottle. Because I could not return this item, I had to throw it out.
