Pure Guar Gum ⊘ Non-GMO Vegan OU Kosher Certified - 50g/2oz

Gust Gum, I have no idea what it is, but a gluten free bread recipe calls for 1 tsp. Works well with the other ingredients. This is the first time I’ve made acceptable GF bread. Glad I’ve added it and will continue using this product.

Great product. I use it to thicken almond milk for my coffee and for making smoothies. It thickens perfectly with just a small amount, about 1/8 tsp per pint of liquid and blends easily in cold liquids. I will definitely reorder when I need more.

Guar gum is key in getting the greatedt bubble solution.

Worked great as an emulsifier. No effect upon the flavor.

It enhances the portion size by creating a thickness. Great for taste as well.

I used this to make liquid Black African soap (that I also bought on Amazon). It worked really well once I figured out the ratios. Haven't used it for food yet, but I have plenty left

This is my first experience with Guar Gum, so I have nothing to compare it to; however, I really like it! I'm using it for homemade hand soap and it's great! I haven't tried it in food yet though.

I use this instead the other product as it is natural. For sure makes wonderful small products- muffin cookies, etc.
