Easier to use in a tub...isn't likely to topple over and easier to sprinkle powder directly into the hole pre planting.

Does the job, I used it to propagate nemesia from cuttings. Took just under 3 weeks to grow roots in damp vermiculite but I will allow the roots to develop further before potting on into compost
