Better than expected
The lift and dolly are well built. I believe the lift is fine for 1100lbs, but the dolly may be less (there's no limit reported). I did have to tighten a loose screw in the legs of the lift, but that's all. Good quality for the price.

Great value, decent price.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this jack as a birthday present for my boyfriend, he just had his new Harley Davidson a month ago.Although I didn't buy it for emergency, it was delivered pretty quickly. I've received it two day later after the purchasing. That's a surprise. The jack has tray with wheels, and it is really helpful because this thing is HEAVY. This jack can be used individually without the tray when he don't need to move it.But it is a advantage, no one wants the jack drifting around with your new bike on it.The quality is great for the price, it can hold the bike firmly. Here is my personal suggest, if you add some locking function of the wheels, it will be better dolly tray.I'm glad that my boyfriend likes it, I'm satisfied with this one. I would recommend to friends and buy again if needed.

Ok, but not for epoxy garage floors
The unit is basic, inexpensive, and gets the job done. I use an impact gun to run the jack screw up and down -not because of the minimal torque required, but just because that’s a lot faster than using a wrench or ratchet. There are two issues to be wary of: 1) The dolly wheels are steel, which is no big deal for most but will be an issue for those of you with nicer garage floors. You could probably replace them with rubber wheels at minimal cost if desired. 2) The hardware used to mount those wheels is cheap Chinese junk, easily stripped if overtightened, and there should have been 32 flat washers included to install properly. If you’re a decent mechanic and have any sense for this sort of detail, it will bug you that 15 cents worth of hardware was excluded here.

Surpassed expectations
I use an impact driver on slow setting with a 21mm socket to raise and lower the Jack. You can’t just let it rip you have to feather the trigger but it’s super quick and easy! This jack is very stable, convenient, and compact. Would buy again.

Absolute junk
I bought this lift because I wasn't inclined to wait over a month to get my bike into the shop to have the brakes done. When it arrived, one of the corners of the caster tray was already bent. So, strike one. Getting the lift to raise was a pain, since it's manual and the mechanism to raise the lift is right next to the bottom of the engine block. So it took a while to get it lifted enough to go faster. Unfortunately, I didn't have an adapter for my socket set to allow me to use my power drill to make the process faster. Here's where it turns bad... After I did the necessary work on my bike, I went to lower the lift. I cranked away with my ratchet for a couple minutes when I realized that it wasn't lowering. I looked under the bike and noticed that the screw was coming out of the lift. So, I reversed the ratchet trying to get the screw to go back in when the lift suddenly dropped about two inches. This resulted in my thumb getting smashed when it dropped, as my motorcycle bounced on it. The weight and force of the bike bouncing crushed the caster tray, making it basically unusable. It also caused my life to flash before my eyes. I've got a cruising bike, fully loaded. 950+ pounds dry weight. This is the bike that bounced, 14" above the ground, right in front of my face as I was knelt on the ground in front of it.Needless to say, I wouldn't buy this lift again.

Good stand but arrived with fault that did not happen in shipping.
The stand is more than adequate for my dirt bike. The wheels are great for moving the bike around on the stand. A better handle to crank it up and down would be nice. What disappointed me is that the long screw drive is bent in an arch... so when cranking it sort of sticks at one spot during each revolution. This is poor quality control at the manufacturer and too much trouble to mail it back for a replacement.

Works as advertised.
I like everything except the handle for jacking, which is hard on the wrist to jack a 1300 pound bike. I put a socket, extension and large ratchet in place of the supplied handle, now it’s perfect! It swivels and rolls ok on a smooth cement floor with the bike on it.

Stripped after 3 months
For the first couple of months this was a great lift. It was easy to use, and was capable of lifting my 750lb Suzuki M109R no problem. The dolly addition was also great. I frequently greased the threads to keep it smooth. I also never used an impact driver or anything of the sort. Unfortunately as of last night the stand failed on me. While lowering my bike it got stuck about 2 inches off the ground, I tried the best I could and by the time I got it to the ground the thread was stripped. I read other reviews about the same thing happening, I thought that maybe I’d be the lucky one. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because when it was working, it worked great. Just a shame that it broke so quickly.

Must-have for the garage
I should’ve gotten this earlier, fantastic addition to the garage. Pricey yes but you get a quality unit here and I’m not going to cheap out when relying on something to hold up my bike.I went for the option with castor wheels so I can slide it around garage easily and wow glad I did.Aside from maintenance tasks I use it to store my bike as it doesn’t have Center stand.Awesome!
