When I received this necklace and opened the case my eyes teared up. What a beautiful job they did. They even sent you extra pictures for the locker. I will cherish his forever. Just ordered another one for my mom.. Thank you so much for such a beautiful job..

Make chain nicer
Arrived quickly even coming from overseas nice engraving, VERY thin, and the chain is just cheap looking. Appreciate the picture's and extra pictures that were added....that was the best part

Broke same day
Product looks nice;however it broke the same day. Contacted seller the same day. They tried to tell me how to fix it with pilers. Pilers will not fix the issue. The chain would have to be broken then replaced with a smaller chain and even at that the necklace would not lay flat. I would suggest others not to purchase. It is difficult to return to this seller.

I thought it was actually going to be thick metal but it wasn’t. It’s pretty cheap, but I still like it. Maybe one day I’ll actually buy a real good quality one.🤷🏻♀️
